Malai tikka Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 2 cups plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
- 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons oil

In a large bowl, mix together yogurt, cream, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt.
Add the chicken cubes and mix until well coated with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
Preheat the grill or oven to 200°C.
Skewer the marinated chicken pieces, brush with oil and place on the grill or oven.
Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and charred on the outside.
Serve hot with mint chutney or naan. Enjoy!
